This AI-driven solution can also make outbound calls to prospective clients, enhancing customer engagement and accessibility. The AI Voice Agent is intended to complement, not replace, human customer service, ensuring customers can always access human support via phone, email, or WhatsApp. This development builds on Eleos's earlier AI innovation, Theea, an intelligent chatbot introduced in August that assists customers with insurance applications through personalized, step-by-step guidance and multilingual support. Eleos specializes in embedded term life insurance, disability insurance, and income protection in both the U.S. and U.K. markets.
