LP Insurance Services LLC has expanded its employee benefits team with the addition of James Cohill, who brings over 25 years of experience in employee benefits and health technology sectors.

Based in Las Vegas, Cohill will manage all aspects of employee benefits, leveraging his leadership background at major companies such as Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield of Nevada and UnitedHealthcare among others. Meanwhile, Alliant Insurance Services has appointed Melissa Koontz as senior vice president in its Pacific Northwest employee benefits group, operating out of Spokane, Washington. Koontz will support a diverse national client base across industries including financial services, healthcare, and manufacturing, utilizing her expertise in guiding organizations through mergers, acquisitions, and ownership transitions.
