Zurich Insurance Launches Digital Policy Cards and Travel Alerts in Asia-Pacific

Zurich Insurance has introduced digital policy cards and travel alerts through its Zurich Edge platform, initially available to customers in Singapore, Malaysia, and Australia. These digital cards are compatible with Google Wallet and Apple Wallet, enabling customers to instantly access policy details, emergency contacts, and services like claims forms. Users can also share their policy information securely via QR codes and hyperlinks with trusted contacts.

The digital cards will evolve to provide real-time updates including claims progress, policy changes, and renewal reminders, enhancing customer engagement and service convenience. Additionally, Zurich has upgraded its travel offerings with Travel Alerts that deliver pre-trip advice and real-time journey updates to policyholders, emphasizing proactive risk and travel management.
