Relation Insurance Services Expands Footprint with Strategic Acquisitions

Relation Insurance Services has acquired two independent insurance agencies, Joseph M. Wiedemann & Sons Inc. (JMWS) in Illinois and Bridlewood Insurance Services in California, expanding its commercial, employee benefits, and senior healthcare offerings. JMWS, a family-owned firm established in 1930, will continue its relationship-focused business with additional resources from Relation. Bridlewood specializes in Medicare-related products, complementing Relation's geographic and market diversification strategy. These acquisitions are part of Relation's ongoing effort to grow through acquiring independent agencies, enhancing scale, technology capabilities, and carrier access amid industry consolidation. This move strengthens Relation's position in the Midwest commercial and employee benefits markets and the Southern California senior healthcare sector.
