Leah Berger Appointed Chief Counsel at Arrowhead Intermediaries

Arrowhead Intermediaries has appointed Leah Berger as Chief Counsel to guide the company's legal strategy and provide advisory services. With over two decades of legal experience, Berger specializes in insurance and reinsurance, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and complex business transactions. Joining Arrowhead in 2024 as Senior Counsel, she focused on corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions. Her legal career includes senior roles at Vantage Risk, Aspen Insurance, and Allied World.
