Nationwide Retirement Solutions Selected by City of Newton for 457(b) Plan Management

The City of Newton in Massachusetts has appointed Nationwide Retirement Solutions to oversee the recordkeeping of its 457(b) deferred compensation plan, involving $130 million in assets for 2,500 participants. In addition to traditional recordkeeping and administrative responsibilities, Nationwide offers comprehensive financial planning services. Participants can access the My Income & Retirement Planner, a digital tool designed to help evaluate their retirement savings and potential income.

Kevin Jestice, President of Nationwide Retirement Solutions, emphasized the company's commitment, stating, "Nationwide is honored that the City of Newton selected us to handle their recordkeeping and support their plan participants with the tools and resources necessary to achieve their retirement goals."
