Reveleer, a California-based healthcare data and analytics company, has acquired Novillus, a workflow platform provider for health plans specializing in care gap management and provider directory data.

This acquisition aims to enhance Reveleer's AI-enabled platform, which supports payers in value-based care through improved risk adjustment, quality improvement, and member management. The integration of Novillus' technology will bolster Reveleer's clinical intelligence capabilities and facilitate better collaboration between health plans and providers to accelerate care gap closure and improve healthcare outcomes.
