Brown & Brown Dealer Services (BBDS) has strategically expanded its dealership-oriented insurance offerings through the acquisition of American Adventure Insurance. This transaction seamlessly integrates American Adventure's extensive network of over 1,500 dealerships into the BBDS framework, enhancing its market reach. Previously owned by Paul Bender under The Protectorate Group Insurance Agency, Inc., the business will maintain nationwide operations with Bender and his team reporting to Mike Neal, the president of BBDS.

Founded in the early 1990s, American Adventure is renowned for its dealer-centric approach, delivering insurance solutions directly at dealership locations. Their diversified portfolio serves motor homes, travel trailers, campers, boats, personal watercraft, and motorcycles. Additionally, it offers finance and insurance (F&I) products for automotive dealers and comprehensive commercial insurance solutions. This acquisition underscores BBDS's commitment to strengthening its insurance industry footprint while ensuring regulatory compliance.
