PT Business Solutions has joined Relation Insurance Services following the latter's acquisition of PT's assets on October 31, 2025. Based in South Pasadena, California, PT Business Solutions has been delivering comprehensive services in employee benefits, HR management, payroll, workers’ compensation, and group retirement plans since 2003. This strategic acquisition enables PT Business Solutions to expand its reach nationally, leveraging enhanced resources and service capabilities. Co-founder Raphy Timour emphasized the shift in business strategy, adapting to the market's growing demand for comprehensive solutions that assist in talent attraction and risk mitigation. He expressed excitement about integrating with Relation, stating that it will substantially enhance their client service capabilities.
