Abacus Life Rebrands to Abacus Global Management

Abacus Life has officially rebranded to Abacus Global Management to reflect its expanded global footprint and enhanced range of services in life insurance, asset management, wealth management, and technology. The company has established a new website, abacusgm.com, as part of this transition. Founded in 2004, Abacus has made significant strides by purchasing over $10 billion in life insurance policies and operating through four main divisions: Abacus Life Solutions, Abacus Asset Group, ABL Wealth, and ABL Tech.

The report highlights a substantial growth in the company’s financial performance, with a 40% surge in revenue to $33.2 million in the fourth quarter of 2024. Moreover, the company has seen more than double its adjusted net income, now totaling $13.4 million. For the full-year results, Abacus reported a 69% increase in revenue, achieving $111.9 million, while adjusted EBITDA rose by 57% to $61.6 million. The company also originated over 1,000 life insurance policies in 2024, deploying $327.8 million in capital, marking a 50% increase from the previous year.
