This proposal seeks to transform the company into a mutual insurance holding company structure under specific Iowa Code provisions. The plan outlines the creation of four new corporate entities: FMH Mutual Holding Company, FMH Insurance Holdings, Inc., FMH General Holdings, Inc., and the conversion of Farmers Mutual Hail Insurance Company into a stock insurance company.
