This product provides legal defense and covers expenses if title theft occurs, offering protection to both new buyers and existing homeowners. The coverage is available as a New Owner's Endorsement for buyers at purchase or an Existing Owner Endorsement for current homeowners, each priced at a flat fee of $175. This initiative positions Iowa as a leader in consumer protection against sophisticated title fraud schemes, enhancing security for homeowners' property titles.
