Insurance Application Enhancements Improve Administrative Efficiency in Late 2025

Several updates and enhancements to insurance administration applications are scheduled for release between November and December 2025. Updates include improved terms and conditions page for underwriting employees, allowing HR admins and ETF staff to enter changes up to 30 days prior for National Medical Support Notice, and enabling life insurance coverage level adjustments both up and down. Further improvements address error messages in task handling for ETF staff and HR admins and enhancements in displaying pending approvals and rate effective dates in employee benefit tools. These changes aim to streamline administrative processes, improve accuracy of employee insurance benefit information, and enhance user experience for HR admins, ETF staff, and insured members. Release dates are tentative and will be confirmed closer to deployment.
