Cleveland Clinic Joins AmeriHealth Caritas Florida Network in 2026
Cleveland Clinic is expanding its partnership with AmeriHealth Caritas Florida, Inc., effective January 1, 2026, to provide enhanced access to healthcare services across Florida.
This new agreement will benefit AmeriHealth Caritas members by offering access to around 12,000 physicians and caregivers within Cleveland Clinic’s Florida network, which includes multiple hospitals and 40 outpatient centers throughout South Florida and the Treasure Coast. The collaboration will cover various counties including Broward, Palm Beach, and Miami-Dade.
AmeriHealth Caritas Florida currently offers Health Insurance Marketplace plans and a Medicare Advantage plan for dually eligible Medicare and Medicaid members in these counties. Adding Cleveland Clinic facilities to its network strengthens the plan choices and service options for members, particularly during the Health Insurance Marketplace open enrollment period running through January 15, 2026, and the Medicare Advantage annual enrollment ending December 7, 2025.
This partnership also builds upon Cleveland Clinic's reputation for specialized and complex care treatment, positioning it as a key provider within AmeriHealth Caritas’ Florida health plan offerings. The agreement supports the ongoing market expansion efforts by both organizations to increase network depth and improve healthcare access statewide.
AmeriHealth Caritas operates in 13 states and provides integrated managed care services to millions of Medicaid, Medicare, CHIP, and Marketplace members, emphasizing care for low-income and chronically ill populations. Cleveland Clinic Florida remains a nonprofit multi-specialty healthcare provider known for integrating clinical care with research and education.
The expanded network access aims to offer more comprehensive healthcare choices to plan members, emphasizing collaboration that supports regulatory compliance and payer/provider alignment. This integration highlights industry trends toward broader provider networks and enhanced member access as key competitive advantages in the Florida insurance market.
