Wafa Assurance Posts 7.6% Turnover Growth Through Q3 2025

Wafa Assurance reported a 7.6% increase in turnover for the first nine months of 2025, reaching 10.919 billion MAD (1.2 billion USD). Non-life insurance premiums saw an 11.2% rise, totaling 5.43 billion MAD (591.9 million USD), while life insurance premiums grew by 4.3% to 5.489 billion MAD (598.3 million USD) in the same period. The company's technical and financial liabilities rose by 8.6% to 51 billion MAD (5.6 billion USD) under IFRS standards by the end of September 2025. Additionally, investments increased by 15.4% year-on-year, totaling 69 billion MAD (7.5 billion USD). These figures reflect positive growth trends in both life and non-life insurance sectors for Wafa Assurance, alongside strengthened financial stability through increased assets and liabilities.
