New York to Replace Health Insurance Provider for CDPAP Home Care Workers
New York State will replace Leading Edge Administrators as the health insurance provider for CDPAP home care workers following reports of underpayment and poor coverage. PPL will introduce a new company in 2024 with revised benefits.
