Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., a leading global insurance brokerage and consulting firm, has acquired Strategic Services Group, Inc., an employee benefits consulting firm based in Rochester Hills, Michigan.

The acquisition aims to expand Gallagher's employee health benefits consulting services in the Midwest region. Key executives Doug Roehm and Greg Sudderth will continue their operations under Gallagher's Great Lakes region leadership, ensuring continuity and integration within the existing business structure.

Strategic Services Group is recognized for its client service across diverse industries in Michigan and the Midwest, complementing Gallagher's extensive network operating in approximately 130 countries.
