PROPEL, a digital and administrative platform under Singlife Group, has onboarded over 1,300 financial adviser representatives within nine months of its launch. The platform serves as a shared services centre, providing middle to back-office support for financial advisory firms. Initial technical issues such as connectivity timeouts and slow response times have improved significantly, enhancing transaction success rates and overall performance.

PROPEL is actively addressing client feedback to improve platform reliability and user experience. The company has a dedicated team of around 30 technology professionals working on optimizing the platform to better meet the evolving needs of financial advisers. The platform continues to attract new inquiries and clients, reflecting growing market adoption.
