Jasper County Man Charged with Auto Insurance Identity Fraud

Kyle D. Fussell, a resident of Kirbyville in Jasper County, faces charges of Fraudulent Use of Identifying Information after authorities determined he fraudulently obtained an auto insurance policy using his ex-wife’s personal data. The investigation began on July 25 when Jasper County Sheriff's Office received a report regarding the unauthorized insurance policy. A warrant was issued on August 13, and Fussell surrendered to authorities on Thursday morning.
