CCC, Elitek Expand Integration to Automate Mobile Sublet Service Documentation

CCC Intelligent Solutions and Elitek Vehicle Services have enhanced their integration within the CCC Diagnostics Network by expanding features to include Elitek’s mobile sublet services. This improvement enables collision repair shops using CCC ONE to automatically capture and document both diagnostic and non-diagnostic services directly in repair workfiles, reducing administrative workload and improving the completeness of repair records.

Previously, the integration allowed Elitek’s invoices and diagnostic reports to be transferred into CCC ONE. The latest update now includes documentation from onsite mobile services such as ADAS calibrations and mechanical and electrical repairs performed by Elitek technicians. This update addresses current industry challenges such as increasing repair complexity and staffing shortages by streamlining repair shop operations.

Elitek’s mobile services help collision repair facilities complete specialized repairs beyond their in-house capabilities. By automating the attachment of service documentation to repair orders within CCC ONE, the solution eliminates manual data entry and upload tasks, introducing more operational efficiency.
