Tenda Names Cheryl Baker VP of Enterprise Risk Management to Boost Captive Insurance Strategy

Tenda, the captive insurance subsidiary of the Ilitch Companies, has appointed Cheryl Baker as vice president of enterprise risk management to lead enterprise risk and captive insurance operations. This move aims to enhance risk strategy alignment and coordination across the Ilitch Companies' expanding national and international portfolio. Tenda, established in 2020, offers customized insurance products including health, property and casualty, and executive life cover, and recently won the 2025 Outstanding Captive Award from the Captive Insurance Companies Association (CICA).
