OneShield Enhances Leadership to Accelerate AI-Driven Insurance Tech Growth

OneShield, a provider of core systems software and digital solutions for the insurance industry, has announced a strategic leadership restructuring to support its growth and innovation objectives. Cameron Parker, who served as CEO since 2020, transitions to Operating Chairman to focus on strategic growth initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions. Tony Villa, an experienced executive with over 20 years in P&C technology and recent roles at Volaris Group and Insuresoft, is appointed as the new CEO.

Liza Petrie moves to President of the OneShield Enterprise (OSE) business unit, and Will Sullivan becomes General Manager of OSE. The adjustments align with OneShield's dual-platform strategy, emphasizing AI-driven innovation and automation to enhance customer advocacy and insurer empowerment. Investors note OneShield has tripled recurring revenue under prior leadership, positioning the company to scale further. OneShield offers SaaS solutions for policy management, billing, claims, and analytics, supporting over 90 insurance lines globally with headquarters in Massachusetts and additional offices in India.
