PICC Property and Casualty Declares Final Dividend for 2024

PICC Property and Casualty Company Limited approved a final dividend distribution of RMB 0.332 per share for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024, during its Annual General Meeting on June 27, 2025. Shareholders registered by July 13, 2025, will be eligible to receive the dividends, with payments expected around August 8, 2025. For H Shares, dividends will be paid in Hong Kong dollars, calculated using the average exchange rate of RMB to HKD from the preceding week, amounting to HKD 0.363620 per share inclusive of tax.
