The Hanover Insurance Group has recognized Sterling Seacrest Pritchard (SSP), an independent insurance agency, by naming it to its President's Club. This club comprises an elite group of independent agencies nationwide, representing only the top 5%.

Since merging in 2021, SSP has consistently been acknowledged as an East Zone Top Performer and was designated the National Franchise Agency of the Year in 2024. The recognition underscores SSP's commitment to delivering high-quality insurance solutions and customer service, reflecting the agency’s operational excellence in property and casualty insurance.
