The FBI has issued a national warning about increasing fraudulent schemes targeting individuals seeking affordable health insurance. These scams often involve unsolicited offers via phone, text, or email for low-cost medical insurance plans that ultimately provide no real coverage, leading to significant financial losses for victims.
