Zizzl Health Expands with New Headquarters in Milwaukee
A rapidly expanding healthcare firm, Zizzl Health, is set to relocate its headquarters to the top floors of CityCenter at 735, a historic office building located on N. Water St. in Milwaukee. This move involves leasing 41,094 square feet across the 15th and 16th floors, which have remained unoccupied for over a year. The company plans to transition into the new space by August, enhancing its capacity to serve the growing demand for innovative health benefits solutions.
Ray Seaver, founder and CEO of Zizzl Health, emphasized the company’s strategic growth fueled by employer and insurance broker demand for advanced health benefits. The relocation will enable the firm to increase its workforce, enhancing both technology and customer service capabilities. Specializing in Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangements (ICHRAs), Zizzl collaborates with employers and brokers nationwide, providing tools for employees to purchase individual health insurance rather than traditional group plans.
The historic CityCenter at 735, formerly the First Wisconsin National Bank Building, was constructed in 1912 and redesigned by D.H. Burnham and Co. E.A. Staples & Associates acquired the property in 2024 for $17.4 million, significantly below its assessed value, linking Zizzl’s strategic move with a historic property. The company’s vice president of strategy, Mike Broomfield, shares a family history with the building, adding a personal connection to the relocation.
Representation for Zizzl’s lease was provided by Elm Grove-based Luther Group, a commercial real estate firm. This strategic move signifies Zizzl's commitment to future growth within the insurance and benefits industry, as it continues to expand its footprint and solidify its industry presence.
