Insurance Systems Inc. (ISI) has unveiled a leadership restructuring to enhance its services and strategic direction in the property and casualty insurance sector. Doug Caccese, with extensive industry experience, steps in as the new Chief Executive Officer, succeeding Casey Kretz. Kretz, who led as CEO since 2018, now transitions to the role of Chairman.

As Chairman, Kretz will remain actively involved in navigating ISI’s strategic initiatives. His focus will be on nurturing customer relationships and ensuring a seamless leadership transition to support the company's growth objectives. Doug Caccese brings over 30 years of experience in leadership roles across notable insurance companies including AIG, 21st Century Insurance, Farmers, and Verisk. His deep expertise in insurance operations and technology equips him to guide ISI effectively as it continues to serve insurers and managing general agents (MGAs).
