This strategic alliance aims to enhance operational efficiency and improve both employee and customer experiences. The collaboration began with the creation of a comprehensive roadmap to guide the large-scale integration of AI solutions throughout the insurer's various business units.
Capgemini conducted an in-depth assessment of the insurer's existing processes to pinpoint areas where generative AI could drive significant improvements. Notable implementations include AI-driven solutions for automating the transcription and summarization of multilingual meetings, drastically cutting down on manual labor and allowing staff to concentrate on more value-adding activities. Additionally, an intelligence chatbot using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture was developed to efficiently analyze Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reports, enabling faster data processing and insightful analysis.
Further, a RAG-based chatbot was created to support the insurer's travel insurance sector, accurately responding to customer inquiries with a 91% accuracy rate, thereby enhancing customer service interactions. Through Capgemini's assistance, there has been a significant reduction in manual workloads and accelerated product delivery timelines.
