Connie Health Finalizes Clearlink Acquisition to Enhance Medicare Services

Connie Health has successfully finalized the acquisition and integration of Clearlink's Medicare business, significantly enhancing its AI-driven Medicare navigation platform. Although financial details of the transaction were not disclosed, this marks the company's tenth acquisition in its strategic expansion efforts.

Recently, Connie Health secured $40 million in Series B funding, led by HealthQuest Capital with participation from JSL Capital and existing investors such as Khosla Ventures, aMoon, and Pitango HealthTech. This investment has increased Connie Health's total capital raised to $85 million. The company indicates that this additional funding will bolster its financial foundation, providing flexibility for future acquisitions to support its long-term national expansion initiatives.

Connie Health's platform leverages artificial intelligence, automated processes, and a network of local agents to assist seniors in making informed Medicare decisions, securing suitable coverage, and receiving ongoing support. The company emphasizes the Clearlink acquisition as evidence of its technological prowess in integrating and expanding significant business volumes while maintaining a personalized service approach for Medicare users.

Beyond consumer Medicare guidance, Connie Health is strengthening its collaboration with Accountable Care Organizations, health systems, and provider groups involved in risk management. The platform aids value-based care partners by connecting Medicare beneficiaries to appropriate health plans early and accurately, aiming to improve member attribution, close coverage gaps, and meet quality standards in risk-based agreements.

Following the completion of the Clearlink integration, Connie Health plans to further invest in its network of agents, acquisition efforts, AI-driven technology, and partnerships with entities engaged in value-based care. The company's mission focuses on facilitating healthcare navigation for seniors through a combination of advanced technology and local agent support.

Oded Eran, CEO of Connie Health, stated, "The infrastructure we've built makes Clearlink’s scale a perfect fit for Connie Health. Our advanced technology platform combined with our local agent model allows us to absorb, support, and maximize a substantial book of business without losing the personal touch seniors deserve. We are particularly grateful for our partnership with HealthQuest Capital, which has empowered us to act decisively on opportunities like this."

Randy Scott, Partner at HealthQuest Capital, remarked on the complexity of Medicare, highlighting Connie Health's unique approach that blends advanced technology with human support to provide accurate information and personalized assistance at critical times.
