MMM Multiclinic Expands Headquarters to Enhance Health Services
MMM Multiclinic has officially inaugurated its new headquarters in the Mayagüez industrial area, enhancing healthcare and wellness accessibility for MMM Medicare Advantage members and MMM Multihealth beneficiaries in the western region of Puerto Rico. Strategically situated near the MMM Customer Service Office and the MMM Members Club, this facility aims to streamline access to specialized care and administrative support.
The newly opened space at the Office Park IV Complex, Suite 201, Highway #2 Km. 157.0 Interior in Mayagüez, is three times larger than its predecessor, covering approximately 7,500 square feet. This expansion allows MMM to significantly increase its service capacity for the Mayagüez area and beyond, operating Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The facility exemplifies MMM's commitment to improving healthcare delivery.
Marcos Águila Sastre, Esq., Vice President of Operations for MMM Multiclinic, emphasized the strategic relocation, stating, "This new location reflects our commitment to bringing healthcare services closer to our members and shortening wait times to see specialists." The clinic is designed to maximize comfort and accessibility, providing medical specialists, administrative services, and wellness programs all in one location.
Comprehensive Care at One Location
At this newly consolidated complex, members can access an array of services, including a wide spectrum of medical specialists such as otolaryngology, endocrinology, nephrology, and others, with plans to introduce neurology soon. A dedicated Customer Service Office assists with administrative tasks related to both MMM Multihealth and MMM Medicare Advantage.
Dr. Raúl Montalvo, President of MSO Puerto Rico, remarked on the significance of the facility, noting, "Having facilities of this magnitude in the western region strengthens our services to the community." By integrating specialists, clinical teams, and administrative resources under one roof, MMM aims to improve coordination and efficiency in member care.
