As part of the agreement, SHID's Founder, Brian Luben, will assume a senior leadership role within AmeriLife’s Health Distribution, aligning strategic objectives and operational capabilities. Additionally, Stephen Strenges will take over as Director of Operations at SHID, reporting to AMG's president, Nick Hildenbrand, to ensure operational continuity and leadership.
