ALYKA Health Joins CMS ACCESS Model to Enhance Medicare Outcomes
ALYKA Health, a digital health company specializing in patient engagement and cardiovascular disease prevention, has announced its participation in the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) ACCESS Model. This national initiative, known as Advancing Chronic Care with Effective Scalable Solutions (ACCESS), seeks to enhance care management and outcomes for Medicare beneficiaries with chronic conditions.

Focus on Improved Outcomes

It covers four condition categories, namely cardio-kidney-metabolic conditions in early and later stages, musculoskeletal, and behavioral health conditions. ALYKA Health is involved in managing two of these categories and must comply with specified standards, including Medicare Part B enrollment, data privacy, security, and quality reporting. Major private insurers have also agreed to align with the payment model, which started earlier this year.
