ArchWell Health Expands Medicare Advantage Services in Philadelphia

ArchWell Health has unveiled a new healthcare facility at 4011 Cottman Avenue in Philadelphia, marking its latest expansion in the area. This strategic opening follows a recent launch at 3250 Red Lion Road, emphasizing ArchWell's focus on delivering primary care services to individuals over 60 who qualify for Medicare Advantage. The Nashville-based provider now operates eight centers within Philadelphia, with dedicated service hours from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays.

The Cottman Avenue center opened on March 9, celebrated with a ceremony attended by notable figures, including city Department of Public Health commissioner Palak Raval-Nelson and ArchWell CEO Carl Whitmer. The event featured a live broadcast by WURD and a community-focused raffle conducted by Donny Smith, executive director of the Mayfair Business Improvement District. The festivities included a food truck, guided tours, vendor exhibits, and entertainment from the Greater Kensington String Band, highlighting ArchWell's commitment to community engagement.
