Lightyear Capital has made a strategic investment in King Risk Partners, a prominent U.S. retail insurance brokerage, alongside existing shareholder BHMS Investments. BHMS will maintain a majority stake and contribute additional capital to support the company's growth and expansion initiatives. King Risk Partners, established in 1974, operates a network of over 50 offices and serves more than 55,000 clients with personal and commercial insurance products, currently employing over 440 professionals.

The company has a history of growth through acquisitions, completing more than 60 deals, including the recent acquisition of health insurer Ricky Credille Insurance. Lightyear Capital's involvement brings sector expertise and operational support aimed at scaling King Risk Partners' brokerage platform.
