This acquisition is Gyde's first partnership announcement following its recent public launch with $60 million in funding led by Lightspeed. Avid Health is known for assisting Medicare beneficiaries, particularly those new to Medicare, in navigating the complexities of Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Part D plans. It provides a wide range of services focused on education, access, and long-term client relationships.
