Exciting Do Good Fest by National Life Group Set for 2026
National Life Group has announced a stellar lineup for the upcoming Do Good Fest, slated for July 11, 2026, at its Montpelier, Vermont grounds. This year’s performances will feature popular bands such as Neon Trees, Toad the Wet Sprocket, Smash Mouth, and Augustana. Alongside live music, the festival will showcase a DJ and a high school musician contest winner, providing a rich cultural experience set against the picturesque Green Mountains.
Since its inception in 2014, the Do Good Fest has raised an impressive $2.3 million for diverse philanthropic endeavors. These initiatives include supporting cancer patients, hunger relief, child mental health, and flood relief efforts in Vermont. National Life Group reinforces its commitment to these significant causes through strategic charitable activities.
The festival requires attendees to make a minimum advance donation of $10, with proceeds going to the National Life Peace of Mind Fund. This fund extends support to five Vermont organizations dedicated to children’s mental health services, exemplifying the company's dedication to community welfare. Beneficiaries include Spectrum Youth and Family Services and the Howard Center.
John Mullett, President of the National Life Group Foundation and executive producer of the event, praised the festival's positive community impact, emphasizing its role in fostering engagement and philanthropy. The event also nurtures local talent through its Beats for Good competition, which invites high school musicians to compete for performance opportunities and scholarships, promoting arts education.
Beyond the musical entertainment, the festival will feature various attractions including food vendors, a beer garden, a VIP lounge, and a Nonprofit Village, culminating in a fireworks display. Star 92.9 collaborates with National Life Group for the festival, alongside sponsors like WCAX and Vermont Mutual.
Attendees can arrive at the venue from 1:30 PM, and additional information is available on the festival's official website, DoGoodFest.com. With roots dating back to 1848, National Life Group remains committed to contributing positively to the communities it serves, maintaining its legacy through diverse business operations and regulatory compliance via affiliated entities.
