AIA Australia has recently integrated VClaims, an advanced digital rules engine developed by SCOR Digital Solutions and Adviser Connect, into its operations. This move positions AIA as the fifth major life insurer in Australia and New Zealand to leverage this technology, marking a significant advancement in automated claims processing capabilities within the region.
VClaims enhances the claims procedure by incorporating automated decision-making tools into AIA’s primary funds.
