Kelton Kline Appointed as Head of Corporate Technology at Nationwide

Nationwide has appointed Kelton Kline as the new head of Corporate Technology & Workplace Solutions, succeeding Misty Kuamoo, who moved to Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of Nationwide Financial earlier this year. In his new role, Kline will oversee comprehensive technology solutions across departments such as Finance, Human Resources, Investments, Legal, and Marketing, with a focus on enhancing Nationwide’s customer service capabilities and regulatory compliance requirements. Additionally, he will lead Corporate Real Estate and digital workplace initiatives to improve the workplace environment for associates.

He enhanced data timeliness and reliability, supported underwriting, claims, and risk management processes, and launched a digital platform that fostered business growth and partner satisfaction through effective portfolio management systems.

With over 25 years of industry experience, Kline has held leadership roles across Nationwide’s key divisions, including Property & Casualty and Enterprise services. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from Ohio University and an MBA from The Ohio State University, equipping him with the expertise to navigate complex payer and provider dynamics within the insurance sector.
