With over three decades of experience in specialty insurance, Chen has held senior financial positions at industry leaders such as Argo, AIG, AJG, and Zurich. His most recent role was serving as CFO at Ascot. Chen's expertise in strategic finance and operational leadership is well-documented, bolstered by an MBA in finance and accounting from New York University.
