HawkSoft and Exdion Insurance: Innovating AI-Driven Tools for Agencies
HawkSoft, based in Canby, Oregon, and Exdion Insurance of Jersey City, New Jersey, have formed a strategic partnership to introduce AI-driven automation tools specifically designed for independent insurance agencies using the HawkSoft platform. This collaboration seeks to decrease errors and omissions (E&O) risk, expedite policy renewal processes, and enhance operational efficiency without the need for additional staffing.
The integration aims to deliver enterprise-level AI capabilities, commonly utilized by larger brokerages, to smaller agencies, thus automating tasks such as coverage validation, gap identification, quote comparison, proposal generation, and endorsement workflows within the HawkSoft environment. This approach is expected to improve client response times during renewals and new business placements.
Enhancing Efficiency and Compliance in Independent Agencies
Sandeep Deva, President of Exdion Insurance, explained, “Independent agencies running on HawkSoft want the same level of accuracy, speed, and E&O protection that large brokerages enjoy—all without the overhead.” According to Deva, integrating Exdion’s AI-driven policy and quote automation within the HawkSoft system allows agencies to effectively scale operations, safeguard their clientele, and ensure a consistent client experience.
HawkSoft's CMO, Rushang Shah, noted that Exdion’s insurance-native AI aligns with HawkSoft’s objective of providing agencies with contemporary tools to automate processes without compromising client relationships. Essential to this integration is the Exdion EyeQ platform, which facilitates quote comparisons, coverage validation, proposal creation, and automated endorsement actions through a secure portal. This system enables agents to upload policy documents and quotes for thorough review and informed decision-making.
