During her tenure, she significantly transformed the company’s commercial and specialty reinsurance business, which operated in 24 countries and achieved $23 billion in gross written premium. Her leadership focused on AI-driven prior authorization processes and regulatory compliance requirements, enhancing the company’s efficiency.
Under Bhalla Johnson's leadership, GRS improved its combined ratio and implemented a long-term strategic plan extending to 2030. She prioritized talent development and a client-centric approach, strengthening relationships with global clients, brokers, and carriers. Moore, with over 24 years at Liberty Mutual, brings extensive experience in senior leadership, particularly in the Global Specialty and Reinsurance sectors, focusing on regulatory compliance and industry advancement.
Moore has managed underwriting strategy and performance for GRS over the last four years, contributing to industry organizations.
