Verisk Announces Steven Kauderer as New President of Claims Solutions
Steven Kauderer has been appointed as President of Claims Solutions at Verisk, headquartered in Jersey City, New Jersey. In his new role, Kauderer will report directly to Verisk's President and CEO, Lee Shavel. With over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, Kauderer is tasked with enhancing claims processing efficiency and accuracy through advanced data and technology solutions for insurers.

Kauderer's background includes his position as Senior Partner at EY-Parthenon, where he led the Enterprise Reimagined practice focused on transforming financial services. His previous roles at McKinsey & Company, Bain & Company, and Oliver Wyman highlight his expertise in insurance on a global scale, emphasizing risk management and regulatory compliance requirements.
Elizabeth Mann, who had temporarily fulfilled the responsibilities of Interim President of Claims Solutions alongside her role as Chief Financial Officer, will continue as Verisk’s CFO. Shavel acknowledged Mann’s contributions during her interim leadership, praising her insights into investor priorities. Kauderer expressed his enthusiasm for joining Verisk, emphasizing his commitment to advancing innovative solutions that improve claims performance for insurers.
