Verisk Appoints Steven Kauderer as President of Claims Solutions

Verisk, a leading entity in data analytics and technology for the insurance industry, has appointed Steven Kauderer as President of its Claims Solutions segment. Effective immediately, Kauderer will spearhead initiatives focused on increasing the efficiency, accuracy, and speed of the claims process, a critical aspect for both insurers and carriers seeking streamlined operations.

Kauderer will report to Lee Shavel, President and CEO of Verisk. After serving as Interim President of Claims Solutions and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Elizabeth Mann will now focus solely on her role as CFO, ensuring regulatory compliance and financial stability within the organization.

Industry Expertise and Leadership

Steven Kauderer brings extensive leadership experience from his tenure at EY-Parthenon, McKinsey and Company, Bain & Company, and Oliver Wyman. His professional journey is marked by transformative initiatives that optimize financial services, particularly insurance-related entities, enhancing both underwriting practices and risk management strategies in the property and casualty, as well as life insurance sectors.

Lee Shavel expressed his enthusiasm about Kauderer’s appointment, highlighting the significant value his expertise adds to Verisk.
