KeyState Appoints Jeff Vigne as Vice President of Captive Solutions

KeyState has announced the appointment of Jeff Vigne as Vice President of Captive Solutions. Based in Vermont, Vigne brings over 35 years of experience in the insurance industry, focusing on property and casualty, claims, underwriting, and marketing. His expertise will bolster KeyState's efforts in managing complex compliance requirements and enhancing AI-driven risk management processes.

Since joining KeyState Captive Management in 2018, Vigne has excelled as the Senior Director of Insurance Services. He has played a significant role in designing captive insurance programs tailored for banks and corporations, ensuring regulatory compliance while optimizing claims and underwriting processes.

Before his current role, Vigne amassed valuable knowledge as Vice President of Underwriting at Co-operative Insurance Companies for 15 years. His career also includes notable roles such as Claims Manager at Horace Mann and Senior Field Claims Adjuster at Prudential Property and Casualty Insurance Company, providing him with multifaceted insights into the payer and provider aspects of the insurance landscape.

Additionally, Vigne owns VT Insurance Training, where he enriches the industry by providing insurance licensing and agent training. Established in 1991, KeyState offers comprehensive services such as investment subsidiary assistance, fixed income portfolio management, and captive insurance tailored for financial institutions.
