Developed by the Paperless Solutions Group, a branch of MIB Group, this platform aims to streamline complex document processes and enhance electronic signature management.

Andrea Caruso, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at MIB, highlighted the platform's capability to integrate seamlessly with existing systems, support multiple stakeholders through a single process, and allow for expansions such as adding additional signees or integration with pre-existing forms libraries. 

PSG eXpedite is designed to address the specific needs of life insurance workflows, but its versatile framework is also applicable to other areas that require electronic signatures, such as human resources and vendor contracting. Since its launch last year, the platform has shown promise in improving operational efficiency, with successful implementation in APEXA, a unified contracting and compliance platform used by Canadian life insurance entities. This implementation illustrates eXpedite’s capacity to handle hundreds of thousands of transactions smoothly, promising a significant reduction in the hurdles traditionally associated with life insurance applications and processing.

The platform's development is a part of broader efforts within the life insurance industry to leverage technology for better customer experience and operational efficiency.
