Aquarian Holdings Launches New Insurance Division

Aquarian Holdings has launched Aquarian Insurance Holdings to enhance synergy and growth within its reinsurance and retail insurance sectors. This new division aims to streamline operations and is part of the company's larger goal to boost business efficiency.

Founded in 2017, Aquarian Holdings has grown its asset management portfolio to approximately $22 billion, and under the leadership of founder Rudy Sahay, it has strengthened its life insurance capabilities. The new insurance division will encompass Somerset Reinsurance, Investors Heritage, and Hudson Life, all of which will benefit from shared services and technological support.

The establishment of Aquarian Insurance Holdings is anticipated to drive growth and improve operational efficiencies. Co-CEOs John Frye and Jeff Burt will lead this new division, leveraging their extensive experience in the insurance sector to capitalize on the opportunities within the industry, following acquisitions and strategic expansions.
