Marsh Enhances Cyber Insurance with New $45M Capacity
Marsh has launched Cyber Echo Encore, an enhancement to its existing Cyber Echo insurance facility, which provides clients with up to $45 million in additional cyber insurance capacity. Cyber Echo, established in 2016, is recognized as the largest cyber insurance facility, offering coverage up to $125 million and delivering nearly $50 billion in insurance to around 500 clients globally.
This new enhancement aims to address the escalating cyber threats faced by businesses today. It extends the program's reach beyond the Lloyd’s market while maintaining features like simplified underwriting and efficient claims handling. One notable feature of Cyber Echo Encore is the ability to reinstate coverage during an underwriting year after a loss, catering to the evolving needs of companies seeking standalone cyber insurance to manage complex risk profiles.
