New Executive Order on Health Care Price Transparency

The new executive order signifies a shift towards stringent enforcement to ensure compliance among health plans regarding the posting of required cost-sharing information. The administration is directing relevant departments to take necessary actions within a 90-day timeframe to monitor and enforce these compliance requirements.
