NFP Appoints Tony Garcia as Senior Vice President in Real Estate Division
NFP, a leading property and casualty broker and benefits consultant under Aon, has appointed Tony Garcia as Senior Vice President, Casualty Broker, within its Real Estate division. Based in New York City, Garcia will operate under the leadership of Robert Terracciano, Managing Director and Head of Real Estate at NFP. This strategic move aims to bolster NFP's capabilities in navigating the complexities of real estate risk management and regulatory compliance requirements.
Garcia, with over 25 years of experience in the commercial insurance industry, brings a wealth of knowledge focused on real estate. Previously, he served as Managing Director at The Hartford, managing middle-market operations with responsibility for $65 million in premiums. Additionally, he held a senior underwriting position at Zurich North America, crafting complex casualty programs for real estate clients globally. He enhances his expertise with a Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist (CLCS) designation.
In his new capacity, Garcia is expected to enhance NFP’s capacity in delivering innovative risk solutions to developers, owners, and managers within the commercial real estate industry.
