Alison Reed Appointed as Head of Distribution at Jackson National Life Distributors
LANSING, Mich. - Jackson Financial Inc. has announced the appointment of Alison Reed as the Head of Distribution for Jackson National Life Distributors LLC, the marketing arm of Jackson National Life Insurance Company. In this pivotal role, Reed aims to boost organizational performance, explore new product and distribution pathways, and spearhead strategies that foster the growth of JNLD and Jackson on a broader level. Reed will also join Jackson’s Executive Committee, where she will play an integral role in strategic discussions.
Chris Raub, President of Jackson National Life Insurance Company, highlighted Reed’s substantial experience in the retirement services industry and her proven track record in shaping Jackson’s product and distribution strategies. Raub expressed confidence in her ability to navigate JNLD through forthcoming pivotal stages of development.
Since joining Jackson in 2002, Alison Reed has held numerous leadership positions, such as Chief Operating Officer for JNLD and Executive Vice President of Product Solutions. Her previous roles include Vice President of Variable Annuity Product Management at Jackson and a similar role at National Planning Holdings, Inc. Reed's academic achievements comprise a Bachelor's degree from the University of Colorado and an MBA from the University of Denver. Her professional qualifications are evident in her FINRA Series 7 and 24 registrations.
